All employees have completed training in their appropriate skills and safety according to Australian standards. They are also trained in work ethics. We only supply "quality employees" who have all been trade tested and pre-screened.
Custom Contractors has a joint venture with training centres in the Philippines as well as access with proper co-ordination with centres in Perth, Western Australia.

Custom Contractors and general service tracks its significant pool using a modern and completely updated database system. This system maintains, updates and monitors workers' progress, from man pooling to selection and documentation requirements through to deployment and post-deployment.
