Pre Deployment Services

All selected employees from overseas have been approved by the respective country's Overseas Employment Administration (e.g. Philippines: POEA) and the Embassy of the Country of Assignment. To make it "hassle free", we lodge the work visas and take care of all the legal processing requirements.

Rigid pre-screening of applicants
Trade testing
Extensive orientation of the host country including its culture, climate, immigration and local laws, employer policies, worker rights and privileges, job responsibilities and other terms and conditions as stipulated in their contracts.
Travel document facilitation including passports, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance.

Medical examinations to ensure on-time mobilisation.
Accident and life insurance requirements.
Financial assistance.
Promotion of OFW programs to ensure the worker invests wisely while working abroad for greater returns at the end of their contract.

Medical Examination

Selected applicants undergo medical checks through supporting medical centres in accordance to standard procedures. Every employee will be certified physically and mentally fit.

Travel Arrangements

Our Company is backed up by various well known travel agencies in arranging flight travel, booking and ticketing. We ensure prompt arrival of personnel.

Post Deployment in Australia

Continuous follow-ups on employee status to note present site conditions and signs of difficulty that might cause client-worker conflict.
Updated current events and news in worker's home country.
Award certificates of recognition to outstanding workers.
Workers with excellent records and remarkable performance are recommended for further opportunities.
Ongoing assistance with family matters and communication especially during emergencies.
